"They raised my insurance 3 times in less than 8 months no explaining, no notice, no accidents, no tickets. They speculated that it could be from driving more but a steadily drove less and for about 5 months I was 3miles from work with that being my main trip daily for about 5months with few exceptions. I got insurance through them when I got another vehicle in October 2024 the new one was a mini van and my past vehicle was a sedan so it was 5$ cheaper at first (one month) next it went up 5$ the next month after that it went up another 5$ fast forward 3months later it’s going up another 5$ makes no sense with how much a drive and no tickets or accidents. I’d suggest looking for someone else if you’re looking for long term insurance these guys may take advantage of people when they can"
